What are cookies?

Cookies are small files that websites store in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage and cache, serve the same purposes.

What we store

• Your cookie choice (local storage, key vs_consent). Remembers whether you accepted or rejected advertising cookies. Necessary for the banner to work.
• AI model cache (browser cache). Stores the speech model after the first download so it does not have to be downloaded again. Contains no personal data.
• Advertising cookies (Google AdSense). Set by Google and its partners only if you click Accept. They are used to show and measure ads and to limit how often you see the same ad.

Your audio and transcripts

These are processed in memory in your browser and are not stored in cookies or sent to our servers.

Managing your choice

Click Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice. If you reject, no advertising scripts or cookies are loaded. You can also delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. To opt out of personalized ads, visit Google Ad Settings or aboutads.info.
